Food preparation splits by what the machine does to the food, and getting that right avoids buying twice. Cold press juicers extract slowly and hold more of the pulp and nutrients than a fast centrifugal juicer. Food processors slice, shred and dough, and multi cookers replace several appliances at once. Capacity in litres is the figure to compare, not wattage.
