Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the mixer on a flat, stable worktop. Attach the bowl by aligning it with the base and turning clockwise until it locks. Fit the required attachment into the head socket, turning until it clicks securely into place. Attach the splashguard before switching on.

Using the speed settings:

Start at a lower speed for dry or dense ingredients, then increase gradually using the Nose-On dial. For short, controlled bursts, press the dial to the pulse position. The soft start feature will ramp up power over the first few seconds automatically.

Cleaning the bowl and attachments:

The 4L stainless steel bowl and the K-Beater, whisk, and dough hook can be washed in the dishwasher. The splashguard should be rinsed under warm water and dried before storage. Wipe the body of the mixer with a damp cloth only - do not immerse in water or use abrasive cleaners.

Storage:

The mixer's compact 30cm height allows it to be stored under most standard kitchen cupboards. Use the integrated cord management to wrap the cable neatly. Attachments can be stored within the bowl when not in use to keep everything together.
