DeWalt DCR009 Compact Bluetooth Speaker for Worksites and Outdoor Use

Built to Last on Site:

The DCR009 carries an IP67 rating, meaning it is fully protected against dust ingress and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 metre deep. The compact, robust housing is designed to cope with the knocks and exposure of a busy construction site or workshop, and the lanyard with buckle lets you hang it from scaffolding, a belt, or a backpack hook so it stays out of the way while you work.

Reliable Audio Output:

A 53 mm passive speaker driver delivers a maximum of 86 dB, which is enough to cut through background noise on a noisy site. The front-panel buttons give you direct control over volume, Bluetooth pairing, power, and play/pause without needing to reach for your phone.

Bluetooth 5.0 and Long Battery Life:

Bluetooth 5.0 maintains a stable wireless connection with your phone or tablet up to 30 metres away, so you can move around the site without the audio cutting out. The integrated lithium-ion battery delivers up to 16 hours of playback at 50% volume and recharges fully in just 2 hours via the included USB-A to USB-C cable.

Battery Protection Features:

The Hot/Cold Delay feature monitors battery temperature during charging and suspends the charge cycle if the battery is outside its safe operating range, resuming automatically once the temperature is correct. The Timeout Functionality powers the speaker off after 15 minutes of inactivity, helping to preserve battery charge when you step away from the site.
