Cromar Roof and Gutter Sealant for Gutters, Downpipes and Flashings
A butyl-based sealant built for roofing repairs:
Cromar Roof and Gutter Seal is a butyl-based, waterproof sealant specifically developed for repairing leaking gutters, downpipes, and flashings. It is also suitable for bedding roofing sheets and felts, making it a practical single-product solution for a range of common roofing repair tasks.
Good coverage from a single cartridge:
The 310ml cartridge applies with a standard sealant gun and produces up to 10.5 metres of sealant with a 6mm bead. That coverage makes it well suited to both targeted leak repairs and longer runs of gutter or flashing work without needing multiple cartridges for most standard jobs.
Broad substrate compatibility:
Cromar Roof and Gutter Seal bonds to bitumen and asphalt, concrete, metals, mortar, and wood. All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, or other contamination before application. Loose material should be removed by brushing, and powdery surfaces should be sealed with an alkaline-resistant sealer prior to use.
