DeWalt McLaren F1 Special Edition 16-in-1 Pliers Set

Title correction flagged:

The Shopify title reads "6 in 1 McLaren Multi Tool Pliers Set" but this SKU (XMS26MTOOL / DWHT71844-9) is confirmed by DeWalt UK and multiple retailers as the 16-in-1 MT16 Multi-Tool. The "6" in the SKU prefix refers to the 2026 Christmas gifting range, not the tool count. Please correct the title manually to reflect 16 tools.

Sixteen Tools in One Folding Pliers Set:

The DeWalt DWHT71844-9 brings together 16 integrated tools in a single compact folding body - spring-loaded pliers, spring-loaded needle nose pliers, a wire cutter, knife blade, serrated knife blade, scissors, a wood and metal file, wire stripper, Phillips screwdriver, three flat screwdrivers (small, medium, and large), a ruler, bottle opener, can opener, and a fold-out carabiner and lanyard hole. Every tool folds neatly into the handle, keeping the package pocketable and ready for a wide range of everyday tasks.

McLaren F1 Special Edition Build:

This is an officially licensed DeWalt x McLaren F1 Team collaboration, finished in a black colourway with McLaren F1 branding. The body is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, chosen for its high strength and resistance to rust - practical qualities for damp jobsites and outdoor use. Soft-grip handle inserts are fitted for enhanced grip and comfort during sustained use or high-pressure tasks.

Ready to Use Without Opening the Handles:

One of the more practical design details on this pliers set is closed-position access to the fold-out tools. Screwdrivers, the file, scissors, and other implements can be deployed without fully opening the main plier handles, which speeds up switching between tools mid-task. The spring-loaded pliers mechanism returns the jaw to the open position automatically, reducing hand fatigue over extended use.

Compact and Lightweight for Everyday Carry:

The MT16 platform weighs just 0.26 kg, making it easy to carry on a tool belt, in a jacket pocket, or in a kit bag. At 243.8 mm in assembled length and 22.9 mm in depth when closed, it takes up minimal space without limiting what you can do with it on site or at home.
