Heat Resistant Spray Paint for Stoves, Radiators and High-Temperature Surfaces
Rated to 800°C for demanding applications:
Douglas Heat Resistant Spray Paint is formulated to withstand continuous exposure to temperatures from 200°C up to 800°C, making it well suited to stoves, boilers, furnaces, chimneys, exhaust pipes, barbecues and heating equipment. It bonds to both metal surfaces and heat-resistant surface boards, providing a durable metallic silver finish that holds up under repeated heat cycles.
Resists more than just heat:
Beyond temperature tolerance, the formula is resistant to petrol, chemicals and weathering, so it performs reliably on surfaces exposed to the elements or to engine and fuel environments. The formulation is free of lead and chromates, meeting current EU chemical safety requirements without compromising durability.
Ready to use straight from the can:
The 400ml pressurised aerosol delivers a smooth, even coat without the need for brushes or additional equipment. The paint is touch-dry within minutes and achieves its full heat-resistant cure once the coated surface has been brought up to operating temperature. Surfaces should be clean, dry, degreased and rust-free before application for best results.
