Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Place the ThermoClean station against a wall with at least 0.5 m clear on each side and 1.5 m of open floor in front. Fill the clean water tank, fit the ramp, connect the power cable, and download the Eufy Clean app on iOS 11+ or Android 8.0+. Connect the app to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, then run a first mapping pass to let the robot build your floor plan before setting room names, no-go zones, and cleaning schedules.

Routine Maintenance:

The ThermoClean station handles mop washing, drying, bin emptying, and water refilling automatically after each clean. Top up the clean water tank and add cleaning solution every 30 to 60 days, and replace the sealed dust bag every 2 to 3 months. The multi-cyclone filter is designed to run for up to 365 days before cleaning is needed.

Brush and Mop Care:

The DuoSpiral brushes are TÜV-certified tangle-free for hair up to 50 cm and require minimal intervention. The roller mop, high-performance filter, and main brushes are designed to last 3 to 6 months under regular use, after which replacement parts are available from Eufy directly.

Storage and Long Breaks:

When the robot is not in regular use, leave it docked in the ThermoClean station so the battery remains topped up and the mop stays dry. Empty the dirty water tank and rinse the clean water tank if the unit will be left unused for more than a week, to keep internal components fresh and odour-free.
