DuoSpiral™ Brushes and CornerRover™ Arm:

The DuoSpiral™ brushes use forward-rotating dual-spiral bristles to prevent hair from tangling during cleaning. At the Omni Station, the brushes retract and rotate bidirectionally to channel collected hair directly into the dustbin compartment, reducing manual maintenance. Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Place the Omni Station on a hard, flat surface with at least 0.5 m of clear space on either side and 1.5 m of clear space in front. Connect the station to a mains socket, fill the clean water tank with water and a small measure of the included floor cleaning solution, then insert the dust bag. Download the eufy Clean app, follow the in-app pairing steps via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and run a first mapping cycle to let the robot build a floor plan of your home.

Routine Maintenance:

The Omni Station automatically empties the onboard dustbin, washes and dries the mop, and refills the water tank after each cleaning session. Check the 3-litre dust bag every 75 days and replace when full. Rinse the clean and dirty water tanks weekly to keep the system running at its best.

Brush and Filter Care:

The DuoSpiral™ brushes channel hair into the dustbin automatically at the station, so routine brush removal is minimal. Remove the brushbar monthly to check for any debris lodged at the end caps. Tap the HEPA filter clean over a bin every 4 weeks and replace it every 6 months for consistent filtration.

Floor Compatibility:

The Omni E25 is suitable for hard floors including tile, wood, and laminate, as well as low-to-medium pile carpet. The robot automatically detects carpet and lifts the mop pad to avoid wetting carpeted areas. For best results on hard floors, ensure surfaces are free from loose cables and lightweight rugs that may displace during cleaning.
