Setup and Care

Installation:

The B2CCJ7AK0B is designed for installation into a standard 60 cm built-in niche (niche height 585-595 mm, width 560-568 mm, depth 550 mm minimum). Connection requires a qualified electrician, as the oven is supplied with a cable but no plug and must be hardwired or connected via a suitable outlet fitted by a professional.

First use:

Run the oven empty on a high heat setting for 30 to 45 minutes before first use to burn off any protective coating residue from the manufacturing process. Ventilate the kitchen well during this initial run. After cooling, wipe the interior with a damp cloth before cooking.

Routine cleaning:

Use the EasyClean hydrolytic programme regularly for light soiling - pour a small amount of water into the base of the cavity, run the programme, and wipe clean once cooled. For heavier build-up, the pyrolytic self-clean cycle provides a thorough clean; remove all oven accessories before starting the cycle and ensure the kitchen is well ventilated throughout.

Shelf and accessory care:

The combination grids and universal pan are best washed by hand in warm soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the enamel anthracite interior; a damp cloth with a mild detergent is sufficient for spot cleaning between pyrolytic cycles.
