The Ninja CRISPi DualZone uses DualZone™ Technology to run two 3.8L CleanCrisp™ glass containers at entirely different temperatures and cook times, with Smart Finish® staggering the start times automatically so both zones finish simultaneously. Match Cook® mirrors Zone 1 settings onto Zone 2 when you want to run a full 7.6L batch using the same programme. There is no need to shuffle between two pots on the hob or time things manually.

Glass from fridge to fryer, with no PFAS or PTFE:

The CleanCrisp™ glassware is made from thermal-shock-resistant glass that goes straight from the fridge into the fryer without any waiting period. There are no PFAS or PTFE coatings anywhere in the cooking surfaces, making it a straightforward choice for households that prefer to cook without those materials. The Self-Aligning Track slides each container in from the front and locks it into position automatically.

Prep, cook, serve, and store in the same container:

Each CleanCrisp™ container comes with a BPA-free storage lid that snaps on after cooking, so leftovers go straight into the fridge in the same vessel they were cooked in. The Recrisp function then brings them back to temperature the following day without losing texture. The glassware containers, crisper plates, and lids are all dishwasher safe, and the counter-safe feet are rated for granite, laminate, quartz, butcher block, and marble surfaces.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the unit on a flat, stable worktop with adequate clearance above and around it. Slide each CleanCrisp™ glassware container into its zone using the Self-Aligning Track - it clicks into position automatically when correctly seated. Add your ingredients, select your function, set the temperature and time, and use Smart Finish® or Match Cook® depending on whether you are cooking one dish or two different ones.

Cleaning the glassware and accessories:

All CleanCrisp™ glassware containers, crisper plates, and BPA-free storage lids are dishwasher safe and can go directly into the dishwasher after use. The thermal-shock-resistant glass can also be rinsed under cold water immediately after cooking without risk of cracking. Allow the main unit to cool fully before wiping the exterior with a damp cloth.

Fridge-to-fryer use:

The CleanCrisp™ glassware is designed to go from fridge temperature directly into the fryer, so there is no need to bring food to room temperature first. Fit the BPA-free lid onto each container for fridge or freezer storage, then remove the lid and slide the container straight into the unit when you are ready to cook or recrisp.

Long-term care:

Avoid using abrasive scourers on the glass containers; a soft sponge or the dishwasher cycle is sufficient for everyday cleaning. Store the BPA-free lids on the containers to keep them organised between uses. Check the cord and plug periodically for any visible wear, and keep the air vents on the rear of the unit clear of obstructions.
