Setup and Care

Initial setup and Google account:

Charge the tablet fully before first use. Power on and follow the Android 14 setup wizard to connect to Wi-Fi, sign into your Google account, and transfer data from a previous device if needed. Google Entertainment Space provides curated access to films, games, and apps.

Expanding storage with microSD:

Insert a microSD or microSDXC card (up to 512GB) into the card slot to expand storage for photos, videos, music, and downloaded content. Move apps to the SD card in Settings to free up internal storage.

Battery management and fast charging:

The 10.5-hour battery supports a full day of use. Use the included USB-C charger with Power Delivery 2.0 for fast charging. Enable Battery Saver mode in settings to extend runtime during low-battery situations.

Kids Space and parental controls:

Google Kids Space provides age-appropriate content for children. Parents can manage screen time, app access, and content restrictions through the Family Link app. Set up a separate child profile during initial setup or through Settings.
