Setup and Care

Getting started:

Unfold the station and connect the included USB-C cable to the 45W adapter, then plug into a standard mains socket. Place your iPhone on the MagGo pad, set your Apple Watch on the watch arm, and place your AirPods case on the lower pad. All three devices begin charging immediately.

Positioning for best results:

Centre your iPhone on the MagGo magnetic pad to allow the Qi2.2 connection to establish at full speed. Ensure the AirCool vent on the underside of the pad is not blocked by fabric or paperwork, as airflow through this vent is what keeps temperatures low during extended charging sessions.

Travelling with the station:

Fold the unit flat before packing and store it in a tech pouch or the pocket of your bag. The 1.5 m cable can be coiled and secured alongside it. The 45W adapter is compatible with 110V to 220V mains supplies, making it suitable for use across Europe and further afield.

Keeping it clean:

Wipe the charging surfaces with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth to remove dust or residue. Avoid abrasive cloths or cleaning sprays near the AirCool vent. Check that the hinge moves freely and that no debris has collected in the fold mechanism.
