Dual zones, one bed:

The Beurer Indulgence Plush comes with two separate detachable controllers, one per side of the bed, so each person can set their own temperature independently. There are 6 electronically regulated heat settings on each controller, and the blanket reaches its working temperature in just 8 minutes.

Fitted like a sheet, stays in place all night:

A deep elasticated skirt fits snugly over mattresses up to 33 cm deep, holding the cover securely in place throughout the night. The 180 x 200 cm cover spans the full surface of a super king mattress, with a heat-free section at the pillow end and additional heating wires concentrated at the foot end for extra warmth where it is most needed.

Teddy Bear fleece for warmth and comfort:

The top surface uses a soft Teddy Bear style polyester fabric, and the underside is fleecy for added insulation against the mattress. Ultra-thin, flexible heating elements run throughout so there are no uncomfortable ridges or pressure points, even when lying directly on the cover.

Sleep Safety System and energy efficiency:

Beurer's patented Sleep Safety System monitors the blanket continuously and shuts it off automatically if an unsafe condition is detected. The timer can be set to 2, 6, 9, or 12 hours, and at its highest setting the blanket draws approximately 60 watts, which works out at less than 2p per night over 8 hours of use.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Fit the cover over your mattress in the same way as a deep fitted sheet, tucking the elasticated skirt firmly under all four sides. Thread the controller cable through the skirt opening at the foot end and connect the detachable controllers before use.

Setting your temperature:

Use the buttons on each controller to select from 6 heat settings and set your preferred timer. The blanket will be at working temperature within 8 minutes, and the Sleep Safety System will monitor it throughout the night.

Washing the cover:

Disconnect and remove both controllers fully before placing the cover in the washing machine. Follow the care label instructions for water temperature and cycle selection to maintain the Teddy Bear fleece fabric in good condition.

Storage between seasons:

Ensure the cover is fully dry before storing. Fold loosely to avoid placing sustained pressure on the heating wires, and store the detached controllers alongside the cover in a dry location.
