FlexInduction for large pots and trays:

The FlexInduction zone spans 40 cm along the left side of the hob and combines two cooking zones into one evenly heated surface. The hob automatically detects the size and position of your cookware within the zone, so you can use pots, pans, griddles, or trays of any shape without worrying about alignment.

PerfectFry Plus for precise frying temperatures:

PerfectFry Plus monitors the pan temperature continuously using a built-in sensor and adjusts power to maintain your chosen heat level. Eleven predefined temperatures range from 70°C up to 220°C, giving you consistent results whether you are gently warming or searing at high heat.

DirectSelect touch controls:

DirectSelect puts each cooking zone and its power level on a single straightforward control panel at the front of the hob. The 17-stage power setting nine main levels and eight intermediate levels lets you fine-tune heat precisely for every cooking task. The MultiTouch+ panel also supports simultaneous control of more than one zone at a time.

Smart Hood Automatic and Home Connect:

When paired with a compatible Bosch hood, Smart Hood Automatic adjusts the extraction power automatically based on the cooking intensity selected on the hob. Home Connect enables Wi-Fi control and monitoring via the Home Connect app, compatible with both iOS and Android devices using a SingleKey ID account.

Safety features as standard:

Setup and Care

Installation:

The PIX631HC1E requires hard-wired connection to a dedicated 32 A circuit. No plug or supply cable is included. Professional installation by a qualified electrician is required. The cut-out dimensions are 51 mm (H) x 560 mm (W) x 490-500 mm (D).

Compatible cookware:

Use induction-compatible cookware with a flat ferromagnetic base. The hob's pan recognition function confirms compatibility automatically when cookware is placed on an active zone. The FlexInduction zone accepts cookware of any shape or size positioned anywhere within the 40 cm zone area.

Cleaning the surface:

Wipe the ceramic glass surface with a damp cloth after each use. Use a ceramic hob scraper for stubborn residue and a dedicated ceramic hob cleaner to maintain the surface finish. Avoid abrasive pads or cloths that could scratch the glass.

App setup:

Download the Home Connect app on iOS or Android and create a SingleKey ID account to register the hob. Once connected to your home Wi-Fi network, you can monitor cooking status and receive notifications remotely via the app.
