CT1 TRIBRID® Sealant and Construction Adhesive in Anthracite - 290ml

One Product, Multiple Functions:

CT1 replaces at least seven separate product types in one 290ml cartridge - acting simultaneously as a construction adhesive, sealant, wood adhesive, PU adhesive, acrylic sealant, butyl rubber sealant, and sanitary sealant. The Anthracite (RAL 7016) finish suits contemporary window and door surrounds, composite decking, cladding, and dark-toned kitchen or bathroom installations.

TRIBRID® Technology:

CT1's TRIBRID® Polymer formulation delivers tensile strength up to 3.07 N/mm² and elongation flexibility significantly beyond standard hybrid polymers. Once cured, the Shore A hardness of 60 ±5 (DIN 53505) means the bond remains firm yet flexible, resisting vibration and movement across a service temperature range of -40°C to 120°C.

Bonds in Wet Conditions:

CT1 can be applied to damp surfaces and will bond fully even when submerged underwater - a capability not shared by conventional sealants or grab adhesives. Application is possible at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C, and a tack-free skin forms in approximately 15 minutes. Full cure at 2-3mm depth is achieved in under 12 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity.

Safe and Eco-Compliant:

CT1 is 100% VOC free, contains no petrochemicals, solvents, or isocyanates, and is completely odourless in use. It carries GEV EMICODE EC1 Plus certification for the lowest possible emissions, an A+ Indoor Air Comfort GOLD® rating, and the ISEGA Food Preparation Safe Certificate. It is also approved by NAAF - the Norwegian Asthma and Allergy Association - making it suitable for use in environments with medically vulnerable persons.

Non-Porous and Mould Resistant:

The cured surface is non-porous, preventing bacteria and microbes from penetrating and eliminating the conditions that allow mould and fungus to develop. CT1 is UV resistant with excellent long-term colour retention, and once fully cured it can be painted with most water-based products. The anti-pick formulation (Shore A 60) also makes it suitable for use in secure environments such as prisons and hospitals.
