A Concentrated Formula for Stubborn Blockages:

Douglas Instant Drain Cleaner contains 97% sulphuric acid, making it one of the strongest liquid drain cleaners available. The ready-mixed formula requires no dilution and works quickly to destroy grease, cooking fat, hair, soap build-up, paper and organic matter.

Safe on Pipes When Used as Directed:

Provided the dosage instructions are followed, this drain cleaner does not damage pipes. For sink and standard drains, use 100ml; for toilet and floor drains, use 250ml. Pour slowly, allow 5 minutes to work, then carefully add 100ml of cold water, leave a further 5 minutes, and flush thoroughly.

Suitable for Preventative Maintenance Too:

As well as clearing existing blockages, this product can be used as part of a regular maintenance routine. Adding approximately 100ml per drain each month - ideally early in the morning - helps prevent grease and debris accumulating over time.

Important Safety Information:

This product carries the signal word Danger and hazard statement H314 (causes severe skin burns and eye damage). It reacts violently with water, so always add water to the drain slowly and carefully after the initial dwell time - never pour product directly onto water. Keep out of reach of children and store locked up. Wear appropriate protective equipment during use. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with national regulations.
