Dulux Trade Supermatt delivers a flat, non-reflective matt finish across all interior walls and ceilings, covering 18 m² per litre from a 10-litre tin - that is up to 180 m² in a single tin before thinning. The high-opacity formula gives strong, consistent colour in Magnolia with a smooth, even appearance that is particularly well suited to commercial and residential renovation projects.

Airsure Technology and 99.9% VOC Free:

Supermatt features Dulux Trade's Airsure technology, achieving 99.9% VOC-free performance based on in-can VOC content measured in accordance with ISO 11890-2:2013, with an independently verified VOC content of just 0.28 g/l. It has been independently tested for emissions including formaldehyde, TVOC, TSVOC, and Cat 1A and 1B carcinogens, making it a practical choice for occupied or recently decorated indoor spaces.

Suitable for New Plaster and Drying Substrates:

Unlike standard emulsions, Dulux Trade Supermatt provides a water-permeable finish that allows the substrate to continue drying beneath the paint film - making it particularly suited to new plaster that has not yet fully dried out. For bare or new surfaces, thin the first coat with up to 1 part clean water to 3 parts paint; for normal application, thin up to 1 part clean water to 4 parts paint.

Quick Drying for Fast Project Turnaround:

The water-based formula is touch dry in 1-2 hours and ready to recoat in as little as 2-4 hours, allowing two full coats to be applied in a single working day on most projects. Application is by brush, roller, HVLP spray, or airless spray, with airless spray requiring thinning of up to 1 part clean water to 10 parts paint.
