The Eufy Smart Entry Sensor runs for up to 730 days on one included CR123A battery, so there is no need to worry about frequent battery changes once it is installed. Instant Alerts and a 100 dB Siren:

When the sensor detects that a door or window has been opened by more than approximately 38 mm, it sends an instant notification to your smartphone via the eufy Security app. If the trigger is linked to a forced-entry scenario, HomeBase 3 activates a 100 dB siren - comparable in volume to a jackhammer - to deter intruders before they can go any further.

Tool-Free Peel-and-Stick Installation:

Mounting the sensor takes only minutes. Peel the backing off the included tape, press the sensor body onto the door frame and the magnetic base onto the door itself, and it is ready to pair with your HomeBase 3. No drilling, no wiring, and no professional installation is required, which makes it a practical choice for renters as well as homeowners.

The sensor communicates with HomeBase 3 using Sub-1G wireless technology, a low-frequency radio protocol that is reliable through walls and across a typical home. Once connected, it works alongside your EufyCam cameras, other eufy sensors, and the eufy Security app to give you a joined-up view of your home security. The sensor is also compatible with Google Assistant for voice-based status checks. Note that HomeBase 3 is required for operation and is sold separately.
