Tough, Non-Yellowing Finish for Timber Floors:
Fleetwood Diamond Seal uses a polyurethane acrylic copolymer formula to deliver a smooth, hard-wearing satin finish that resists yellowing over time. It produces a highly washable surface that stands up to scratches, heel marks, and everyday chemical spillage from normal cleaning products.
Water-Based and Low Odour:
The water-based formulation dries quicker than traditional solvent-based products and produces a notably lower odour during application. This makes it a practical choice for occupied homes where minimal disruption is a priority. Clean-up requires only water, with no need for solvents or white spirit.
Broad Coverage and Flexible Application:
Each 2.5 litre tin covers up to 16 m² per litre, giving a total coverage of up to 40 m² from a single tin. It can be applied by brush, roller, or sprayer, making it suitable for both DIY and trade use. Touch dry time is 2-4 hours, with re-coating possible from 3-4 hours onward.
