Tough and Durable Finish for Interior Woodwork:
Fleetwood Polyurethane Varnish is an oil-based, alkyd-based wood varnish formulated for interior use on bare or previously treated varnished timber. It delivers a hard-wearing satin finish on doors, windows, furniture, and all interior smooth planed timber, providing excellent adhesion and lasting durability.
Good Coverage and a Manageable Drying Cycle:
Each litre covers up to 16m², making the 250ml tin suitable for smaller interior projects and touch-up work. The varnish is touch dry in 4-6 hours and ready to recoat in 16-24 hours, allowing you to apply multiple coats without excessive waiting. Clean-up is straightforward using white spirit.
Flexible Application:
Fleetwood Polyurethane Varnish can be applied by brush or sprayer, giving you a choice of method depending on the size and nature of the job. The clear satin finish suits most interior timber surfaces where a natural appearance with a low sheen is preferred. A gloss option is also available in the same range for a higher-shine result.
