Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the Google Health app on your Android 11+ or iOS 16.4+ phone and sign in with your Google Account. Follow the on-screen pairing steps via Bluetooth 5.4 to connect your Fitbit Edge and complete the initial setup, which includes selecting your preferred band size.

Charging:

Connect the included USB-C magnetic cable to the sensor array on the underside of the tracker. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes. For a quick top-up, 5 minutes of charging provides up to one full day of use - a 30W USB-C adapter (sold separately) is recommended for the fastest results.

Wearing and water use:

The Fitbit Edge is rated 5 ATM and IP68, making it suitable for pool swimming and open-water use to 50 metres. Rinse the band and case with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorine and allow to dry fully before recharging.

Band care:

Wipe the Olive Active Band with a damp, lint-free cloth after workouts. The band is interchangeable with other compatible Fitbit Edge bands, and both the small and large bands can be swapped without tools using the quick-release pin mechanism.
