Setup and Care

Installation:

The oven fits a standard 60 cm cabinet cutout with recess dimensions of 578 x 560 x 549 mm (H x W x D). A minimum clearance of 50 mm must be maintained around the appliance. Hardwiring to a dedicated 16 A circuit is required — always use a qualified electrician for installation.

First Use:

Before using the oven for the first time, run it empty at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residue. Allow the oven to cool fully before placing food inside. Refer to the user manual for function-specific guidance.

Cleaning the Catalytic Liner:

Run the oven at its highest temperature for 30–60 minutes with the cavity empty to allow the Catalytic Clean liner to break down grease. Once cool, wipe the liner gently with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers on the catalytic surface, as this will damage the coating.

General Care:

Wipe the ceramic enamel cavity walls and door glass with a damp cloth after use, once the oven has cooled. The inner glass panel is removable for easier cleaning. Clean the retractable dials and front panel with a soft, damp cloth only — avoid spray cleaners directly on the control area.
