Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Download the Segway Mobility app on iOS or Android and pair it via Bluetooth before your first ride. The scooter arrives partially assembled; use the included Allen wrenches to secure the handlebar stem. Charge to full before the initial ride to allow the battery management system to calibrate correctly.

Charging:

Connect the included 70 W AC charger to a standard domestic socket and allow up to 8 hours for a full charge from empty. Charge at temperatures between 0°C and 55°C for best battery health. The Segway app includes Smart Charge Scheduling and Battery Health Monitoring to help manage long-term battery condition.

Folding and Storage:

Engage the folding latch at the base of the stem to collapse the handlebar column down over the deck. The folded dimensions of 1152 x 590 x 613 mm allow the scooter to stand upright or lie flat in a car boot or under a desk. Store in a dry location at temperatures between -10°C and 50°C when not in use.

Tyre and Brake Maintenance:
