Shark Phoenix Cordless Vacuum Cleaner with Twin Batteries and Pet Tool

PowerDetect Intelligence - Cleaning That Adjusts Itself:

The Shark Phoenix uses PowerDetect Intelligence to automatically sense the floor type, dirt levels, edges and cleaning direction, adjusting suction and brush-roll performance without any manual input. Four Detect Technologies - Floor Detect, Edge Detect, Dirt Detect and Direction Detect - work together so the vacuum delivers the right power at the right moment. Reverse Cleaning means debris is picked up on both the forward and backward stroke, so no extra passes are needed.

Up to 120 Minutes of Cordless Runtime:

Two removable lithium-ion batteries are included, each delivering up to 60 minutes of runtime in Eco mode with a non-motorised tool, giving a combined total of up to 120 minutes. Each battery charges in approximately 5 hours, and the removable design means one can charge while the other is in use. A charging base and wall mount are supplied to keep everything stored and ready.

HEPA Filtration for Allergy Sufferers and Pet Owners:

Anti-Allergen Complete Seal Technology combined with HEPA filtration captures over 99.97% of dust, allergens and odours based on ASTM F3150 testing for particles 0.3 microns or larger. The included FurFins Pet Tool is specifically designed to lift embedded pet hair from sofas, stairs, rugs and upholstery. Anti-Hair Wrap Technology in the brush-roll prevents hair from tangling during use.

Flexology and Reveal Technology:

The Flexology wand bends to reach under low furniture and then folds down so the vacuum stands upright on its own without a wall mount. Reveal Technology projects a precision-angled cyan beam across hard floor surfaces to make otherwise invisible dust and debris visible before and after cleaning. The detachable handheld unit lifts away for cleaning stairs, upholstery and other surfaces away from the floor.

Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Attach the wand and floor nozzle by clicking each section firmly into place. Fix the wall mount at a suitable height using the supplied fittings, then place the charging base beneath it. Insert a battery and charge fully before first use - the LED indicator shows charge status.

Emptying the Dust Cup:

Press the release button to detach the dust cup, then hold it over a bin and press the base release to empty. The 0.5 L cup is compact, so regular emptying keeps suction consistent. Rinse the cup with cold water and allow it to dry fully before reattaching.

Filter Care:

Remove the foam and HEPA filters and tap them gently to dislodge loose dust. Rinse both filters under cold water until the water runs clear, then leave to air-dry for at least 24 hours before refitting. Clean filters regularly to maintain the Anti-Allergen Complete Seal performance.

Brush-Roll Maintenance:

Anti-Hair Wrap Technology reduces tangling, but a periodic check of the brush-roll keeps it working at its best. Use scissors to remove any remaining debris around the ends of the roll, and wipe the nozzle housing with a dry cloth. Store the vacuum folded flat using Flexology or upright in the wall-mounted charging position.
