The Snickers 1216 is a windproof, water-repellent softshell jacket made from a stretchy 3-layer construction 52% Polyester and 48% Recycled Polyester at 320 g/m². It moves with you rather than against you, with pre-bent sleeves and a dropped, rounded back that maintains coverage whether you are reaching, bending, or working overhead.

CORDURA® reinforcements where it counts:

Key areas of the jacket are reinforced with 100% CORDURA® Polyamide (345 g/m²), one of the most hardwearing fabrics available. CORDURA® resists abrasion, tearing, and scuffing, and is also water and dirt repellent so the 1216 holds up against the day-to-day punishment of site work far longer than a standard softshell.

Practical storage and smart detail:

The jacket includes a zipped chest pocket, two zipped front pockets, two interior slip pockets, and a dedicated pen pocket five pockets in total, all accessible with ease. The high collar includes a chin cover for added comfort, and an adjustable elastic cord at the hem lets you tailor the fit. Reflective details improve visibility in low-light conditions, and there is space for company branding, making this jacket a practical choice for contractors and trade teams.

Setup and Care

Washing:

Machine wash at 40°C. Turn the jacket inside out before washing to protect the outer face fabric and any reflective details.

Drying:

Tumble dry at 60°C. This helps restore the water-repellent finish after washing. Remove promptly to avoid creasing.

Ironing:

Iron at a low setting only (110°C / 230°F) using steam or dry iron. Keep the iron moving to avoid contact damage to the softshell fabric.

General Care:

Do not bleach and do not dry clean. Regular washing maintains performance the water-repellent treatment benefits from the heat of tumble drying to stay effective.
