2 Slice Toasters

2 Slice Toasters

A 2 slice toaster suits most kitchens sized for one or two people, and colour is one of the first things buyers search on alongside finish and brand: silver, black, cream, navy and chrome all appear regularly in searches for this size. Smeg's 50's Style range leans into retro design with colour options including slate grey, black, cream and pastel tones. Russell Hobbs covers the widest run of finishes, from brushed stainless steel through matte black, jasmine, mocha and ocean blue, with features like variable browning control, a frozen setting and a high-lift lever across different lines. Morphy Richards and Bosch focus on simpler stainless steel and single-colour finishes for a straightforward everyday toaster. For a toaster that does more than toast, the Ninja Foodi 3-in-1 adds a grill and panini press in the same footprint.

Russell Hobbs and Morphy Richards lead the range here. Smeg covers the retro-styled end, and Bosch, Kenwood, Ninja and Sage complete it. See 4 Slice Toasters for larger households.

The 2 slice models are the cheapest in the category and the ones bought to replace a toaster that has died, rather than as a gift, so a reduced price here is simply money saved on a like for like swap. Black Friday and Cyber Monday bring the deepest small appliance cuts of the Irish year, and the retro and coloured finishes go before the plain stainless ones. Prices are live all year, so see what is reduced now on toasters on sale, or the Black Friday toaster deals when the November weekend comes round.
