Electric BBQs

An electric BBQ replaces gas or charcoal with a heating element, which removes the wait for coals to be ready and the need to store a gas bottle, and it means grilling is possible on a balcony or patio where an open flame isn't allowed. The Woodfire range goes further by adding real wood pellets to an electric grill, so the unit gives genuine smoke flavour while still plugging into a wall socket, with settings that switch between grilling, smoking, baking, roasting and air frying in the one machine. A temperature probe on the higher models tracks the internal temperature of the meat itself rather than the grill, which is the more reliable way to judge when something is actually done. Compact electric and infrared models suit a smaller balcony or a quick weeknight grill where the full smoker function isn't needed.
