This is the fittings counter, and almost everything here is bought to a measurement rather than to a brand. On the plumbing side that means compression and waste fittings, tap spindles and washers, plug and chain sets, telescopic extension pieces, cistern and float valve parts, galvanised clips in three eighths, half inch and three quarter inch, bath assembly sets, PTFE tape and plungers. On the electrical side it means switches in one, two and three gang and one or two way, sockets and pattress boxes, junction boxes with IP ratings for damp locations, MCBs, plug tops, cable ties, adaptors, phase testers and door chimes. Take the measurement or bring the old part, because half inch and fifteen millimetre are not the same thing, and an IP44 or IP54 rating is what decides whether a fitting is safe outdoors or in a bathroom zone.

The range is built on the trade brands used for repairs and small installations, principally Easi Plumb across plumbing fittings and spares, Powermaster across wiring accessories, switches, sockets and circuit protection, plus Lloytron for door chimes, SMJ for outdoor switching and Dosco for plungers and drain tools. The main departments underneath are Electrical Fittings, Compression Fittings, Waste Fittings, Prepacked Fittings, Other Plumbing, Extension Leads and Door Bells.
