Nespresso

Nespresso's pod coffee machines fall into two capsule systems. The Citiz uses the Original system, a lever-operated capsule machine finished in silver. The VertuoPlus M600 and Vertuo Next use the newer Vertuo system, which reads a barcode on each capsule to set cup size and brew strength automatically, finished in piano black and dark grey respectively. Checking which capsule system a machine uses before buying matters, since Original and Vertuo capsules are not interchangeable.
