Setup and Care

Getting started:

Windows 11 Home is pre-installed, so initial setup involves creating or signing into a Microsoft account and connecting to your home Wi-Fi. The laptop supports Wi-Fi 6 and Gigabit Ethernet for flexible connection options from day one.

Charging and power:

Use the included 65W AC adapter for the fastest charge. The two USB Type-C ports both support USB Power Delivery, so a compatible USB-C charger or power bank can also top up the battery when you are away from a wall socket.

Keeping the display clean:

Wipe the ComfyView matte screen with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid spray cleaners directly on the panel; lightly dampen the cloth if needed and keep moisture away from the edges.

General care:

Store the laptop in a padded sleeve or bag to protect the casing during transport. Keep vents on the underside clear to allow airflow, and place the laptop on a hard, flat surface rather than fabric when in use to maintain normal operating temperatures.
