Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Charge the power bank to full using the included USB-C to USB-C cable before first use. Connect the cable to any USB-C port on the power bank and to a mains USB-C charger rated at up to 100W for the fastest recharge.

Charging Your Devices:

Connect devices to either USB-C port or the USB-A port using your own device cables. The AnkerSense display activates automatically and shows the charge level and per-port wattage as soon as a device is connected. PowerIQ 4.0 handles protocol negotiation, so no manual settings are required.

Using the Anker App:

Download the free Anker app on iOS or Android and enable Bluetooth on your phone to pair with the power bank. The app lets you view detailed charging stats and redistribute power between ports when needed.

Storage and Maintenance:

Store the power bank in the included travel pouch when not in use to protect the display and ports. For long-term storage, keep the charge level between 30% and 80% to support battery longevity. Avoid exposing the unit to direct sunlight or temperatures above 45°C.
