Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Attach the stand base to the stand arm before mounting the monitor head - ASUS includes all required fixings in the box. Run the DisplayWidget Center software after first connection to access the colour calibration e-report and configure ASUS OLED Care Pro settings, including the Neo Proximity Sensor sensitivity.

Achieving the Best Image:

Use the included DisplayPort 1.4 cable to access the full 240Hz refresh rate at 2560 x 1440. HDMI 2.1 (FRL) also supports 240Hz at QHD. Select the correct input source in the on-screen display after connecting and enable your GPU's adaptive sync setting to activate FreeSync Premium or G-SYNC Compatible mode.

OLED Panel Care:

Enable the Neo Proximity Sensor in DisplayWidget Center so the display dims automatically during periods of inactivity. Run the pixel refresh cycle periodically as recommended by the on-screen display prompt - this is normal maintenance for OLED panel longevity. Avoid leaving high-contrast static images on screen for extended periods.

Cleaning and Handling:

Use the included ROG microfibre cloth to wipe the panel surface. Apply no liquid directly to the screen - dampen the cloth lightly if needed and wipe gently in one direction. The semi-glossy anti-reflection coating is durable but benefits from regular, gentle cleaning to maintain optical clarity.
