Even cooking across every level:

The 3D Hotair system circulates heat in three dimensions, distributing temperature evenly across up to three shelf levels simultaneously. This means you can bake a tray of biscuits, roast vegetables, and warm a dish at the same time without any transfer of flavours between them.

Steam cooking built in:

The Hotair Steam function combines fan-assisted heat with steam generated from the 0.25-litre water bowl, producing results that are crisp on the outside and moist inside - particularly useful for bread, pastries, and fish. The steam is added manually via the water bowl, with no plumbing connection required.

Low-effort cleaning:

The EcoClean Direct coating on the back wall is made from microfine ceramic spheres that absorb and break down grease splatter during cooking, reducing the frequency of manual scrubbing. A separate hydrolytic cleaning programme uses low-temperature steam to loosen residue from the oven cavity for easy wiping.

Safe and straightforward to use:

The CoolTouch triple-glazed door keeps the outer surface of the door cool during use, reducing the risk of accidental burns. A child lock is also built in. Setup and Care

Installation:

This oven is designed for hard-wired installation into a standard 60cm built-in housing. Connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. The mains cable is 1.2 m in length. Ensure the housing cavity meets Bosch's recommended clearance dimensions before installation.

First use:

Before cooking for the first time, run the oven empty at a high temperature using the 3D Hotair or conventional function for approximately 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. Ensure the kitchen is well ventilated during this initial run.

Cleaning the cavity:

The EcoClean Direct back-wall coating works passively during cooking to break down grease, reducing how often the cavity needs a full clean. For a more thorough clean, use the hydrolytic cleaning programme with water to loosen residue, then wipe down with a damp cloth once the oven has cooled.

Water bowl maintenance:

When using the Hotair Steam function, fill the water bowl with up to 0.25 litres of fresh, cold water before starting. Empty and rinse the bowl after each steam-cooking session to prevent limescale build-up, particularly in hard-water areas.
