Briwax Original Wax Polish combines Beeswax and Carnauba waxes in a fast-drying formula that cleans, stains, and polishes in a single application. The Medium Brown shade adds a warm tone to bare or previously finished wood while delivering a natural, long-lasting satin sheen.
Suitable for wood, tiles, metalwork, marble, and melamine:
This wax is not limited to timber alone. It performs well on tiles, metalwork, marble, and melamine, making it a versatile finishing product for home and workshop alike. It is particularly well suited to wood carvings, turned wood, floors, and skirtings.
Fast-drying with strong solvent action:
Briwax Original uses fast-drying, stronger solvents that speed up drying and increase cleaning ability, making it effective for renovating older or dirtier furniture. For an improved finish and added durability, apply to timber first sealed with Briwax Shellac Sanding Sealer.
Application and temperature guidance:
Apply with 0000 steel wool, a Briwax brush, or a cloth, working in the direction of the grain. Use at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C. Above 20°C the wax will soften and may liquefy - replace the lid and store in a cool place and it will return to its original state. Not recommended for surfaces that will come into regular contact with water.
