Frequently Asked Questions

Will this kids tablet case fit the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+?

Yes, this case is sized specifically for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ 11-inch tablet. It is not a universal fit, so it works with that model only. The EVA foam rubber shell is shaped to hold the tablet securely in place. SKU 737710 is the Heavins reference if needed at checkout.

Does this kids tablet case include a screen protector, or does one need to be bought separately?

A screen protector is built directly into the case design, so no separate film or glass is needed. It covers the display to guard against scratches and light impacts whether the tablet is in use or being carried around. Nothing extra needs to be purchased to protect the full device.

Can the handle on this kids tablet case double as a stand for watching videos?

Yes, the grip handle rotates 180 degrees and converts into a viewing stand, propping the tablet up for video watching or reading. It also gives younger children a secure and comfortable way to hold the tablet without dropping it, making it a practical two-in-one addition to the case.

How easy is this kids tablet case to keep clean after everyday use?

The EVA foam rubber outer shell wipes clean with a damp cloth, which makes it practical for everyday use by children. No special cleaning products are needed. The bright blue colour also makes the case easy to spot in a school bag or around the home.
