The DCR011-XJ is a drop-impact-resistant speaker built around DeWalt's XR battery platform. The overmoulded side bumper and metal speaker grille protect the unit on busy sites, while the carry handle and integrated hang system make it easy to position at bench or scaffold height.

Audio output and connectivity:

Twin 76 mm drivers produce high-fidelity audio, and the integrated bass port extends both bass response and throw. Bluetooth range reaches up to 30 m, so the speaker stays connected as you move around a site. A 3.5 mm auxiliary input is also included for wired playback from any device.

Battery compatibility and USB charging:

The DCR011-XJ accepts the full range of DeWalt XR Li-Ion batteries: 10.8V, 18V, and 54V XR FLEXVOLT packs. If you already own DeWalt power tools, you can run the speaker from the same batteries without buying a separate power source. The 2.1 A USB Type-A port also lets you charge a mobile phone directly from the speaker while it plays.
