Gorilla Heavy Duty Expanding Foam seals gaps and cracks up to 2.5 cm wide with no shrinkage and a firm, lasting seal. The formula becomes tack-free in 8 to 12 minutes, can be trimmed in just 45 minutes, and reaches full cure in 8 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Only fill the crevice to around 40% capacity on application, as the foam continues to expand after dispensing.

Bonds to a wide range of surfaces:

The foam adheres to wood, brick, concrete, plaster, PVC, plastic, metal, insulation materials, and more. It will not adhere to polyethylene, silicone, polytetrafluoroethylene, or similar non-stick surfaces. Once fully cured, the foam can be trimmed, sanded, and painted to match the surrounding surface.

Indoor and outdoor applications:

Suitable for attics, ducts, doors, windows, skylights, crawlspaces, floors, masonry, plumbing, vents, ceilings, and walls. For outdoor use, the cured foam should be painted or coated, as prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause discolouration. UV-resistant properties help to minimise outdoor degradation over time.
