Setup and Care

Placement and installation:

The HSR3918ENPG is a freestanding unit and does not require integrated cabinetry. Allow at least 50 mm of clearance at the rear and sides for ventilation. The water dispenser connects to an internal tank rather than a mains water supply, so no plumbing work is needed - simply fill the tank and the dispenser is ready to use.

First use:

After delivery, allow the unit to stand upright for at least 4 hours before switching on, giving the refrigerant time to settle. Set the fridge to between 3°C and 5°C and the freezer to -18°C for standard use. The external touch panel makes adjusting temperatures straightforward at any time.

Keeping the interior clean:

Total No Frost means ice never accumulates in either compartment, so there is no need to switch the unit off for defrosting. Wipe interior surfaces with a soft damp cloth and a mild detergent as needed. The glass shelves and removable drawers can be lifted out for a thorough clean.
