Setup and Care

Installation:

This is a cold-fill-only machine requiring a single cold water connection. Remove all four transit bolts before use - the included spanner and plastic caps are provided for this purpose. The machine is stackable with a compatible Hisense dryer using a separately available stacking kit.

Auto Dosing setup:

Fill the Auto Dosing reservoir with liquid detergent and/or softener before first use. The machine will prompt you to enter the detergent type and concentration via the control panel or ConnectLife app, which it uses to calculate the correct dose per load going forward.

Drum care:

Run the dedicated Drum Clean programme monthly with the drum empty to maintain hygiene inside the tub. Leave the door and detergent drawer ajar after each wash to allow air circulation and prevent moisture build-up.

Routine maintenance:

Clean the door seal, detergent drawer, and pump filter regularly - the filter is accessed via the bottom cover panel. The ConnectLife app's Smart Diagnostic feature can identify fault codes and guide you through basic troubleshooting without a service call.
