Setup and Care

Positioning your TV:

The 55E71Q can be mounted on its included stand or wall-mounted using any VESA 200×400 mm compatible bracket. Allow adequate ventilation around the set and keep it away from direct sunlight where possible, as the panel performs best in controlled or dimmed lighting conditions.

Connecting your devices:

All three HDMI 2.1 ports support VRR and ALLM - connect your games console to any of them for the full Game Mode PLUS experience. HDMI 3 also carries eARC for lossless audio pass-through to a compatible soundbar or AV receiver. Two USB 2.0 ports allow direct playback of media files from external drives.

Setting up VIDAA and streaming services:

On first power-up, the on-screen setup wizard walks you through Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection, region selection, and signing into your streaming accounts. Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ are pre-installed and accessible directly from the home screen. AirPlay 2 is enabled via the settings menu once the TV is connected to your home network.

Cleaning and routine care:

Use a dry or very lightly dampened soft microfibre cloth to clean the screen surface, wiping gently without applying pressure. Avoid aerosol sprays, solvents, or abrasive cloths on either the screen or the plastic housing. Power the TV off fully at the wall when not in use for extended periods.
