Kenwood kMix Rose Gold Stand Mixer - 1000W, 5 Litre Bowl with Smart Speed Control
1000W Motor for Everyday Baking and Batch Mixing:
The Kenwood kMix KMX760AGD runs on a 1000W motor that handles everything from a single egg white through to a heavy bread dough without strain. The six-speed range plus pulse function gives you precise control over mixing intensity, whether you are folding a light mousse or working a dense brioche.
Smart Speed Control and Fold Function:
The Smart Speed Control builds speed gradually from the moment you switch on, so flour stays in the bowl rather than rising into a cloud across the worktop. The dedicated Fold function moves at a slow, controlled pace to combine delicate ingredients such as soufflés, mousses, and light batters without knocking the air out of them.
EasyClean Stainless Steel Tools:
The included K-Beater, balloon whisk, and dough tool are all made from stainless steel and carry Kenwood's EasyClean designation, meaning every one of them is dishwasher safe. The 5 litre stainless steel bowl is large enough for a standard family batch bake, and a fitted splash guard keeps the work surface clean during mixing.
Expandable via the Slow Speed Hub:
The kMix includes a slow speed hub at the front of the mixer head that accepts optional Kenwood attachments including a grater, spiraliser, mincer, pasta roller, and slow juicer. This means the machine can grow with your cooking without taking up additional worktop space.
Rose Gold Limited Edition Finish:
The KMX760AGD is finished in a metallic Rose Gold colourway as part of the kMix Special Edition range. The all-metal housing sits on non-slip feet and includes cord storage underneath the base to keep the worktop tidy between uses.

Setup and Care
Getting Started:
Place the mixer on a flat, stable surface and fit your chosen tool by lining it up with the head socket and turning clockwise until it locks. Attach the 5 litre bowl by locating it on the base plate and twisting until secure, then clip the splash guard onto the rim before adding your ingredients.
Speed and Function Selection:
Always start at a lower speed setting and increase gradually - the Smart Speed Control will manage the ramp-up automatically to keep ingredients in the bowl. Use the Fold function for airy preparations such as soufflés and mousses where retaining volume is important.
Cleaning the Tools and Bowl:
The K-Beater, balloon whisk, dough tool, and splash guard are all dishwasher safe and can go on the top rack. Wipe the mixer head and body with a damp cloth only - do not submerge or put the main unit near water.
Storage:
Wind the power cord around the cord storage compartment on the underside of the base to keep the worktop clear. Store the bowl on the machine or separately - all tools nest neatly inside the bowl for compact storage between uses.
