Setup and Care

Getting started:

Attach the supplied feet for freestanding use, or fix the wall-mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate fixings for your wall type. Plug into a standard 240V mains socket. Download the free MP SmartEnergy App from the iOS App Store or Google Play and follow the in-app pairing instructions to connect the heater to your Wi-Fi network.

Daily use:

Use the on-unit LED display to select your preferred power level and temperature, or manage all settings remotely via the MP SmartEnergy App. Set a weekly heating schedule and review your energy consumption data in the app to keep usage in line with your budget.

Keeping it clean:

Switch the heater off at the mains and allow it to cool fully before cleaning. Wipe the glass panel and housing with a soft, dry or lightly dampened cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths, solvents, or spray cleaners directly on the unit.

Safe use guidance:

Position the heater on a firm, level surface away from curtains, furniture, and other combustible materials. Keep the minimum clearance distance of 0.5 m in front of and above the heater. Always activate the child-lock function in households with young children or pets.
