Setup and Care

Getting started:

Mount the radiator securely to the wall following the installation guide supplied. Once in position, plug the 1.5 m mains cable into a standard socket. Download the MP SmartEnergy App from the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow the in-app steps to connect the radiator to your home Wi-Fi network.

Setting up schedules:

Use the touch panel or the MP SmartEnergy App to set daily or weekly heating schedules. Select from Comfort, Eco, Frost Protection, or Custom modes to match your heating needs at different times of day. The scheduling feature works independently once set, so you do not need to adjust manually each day.

Keeping it clean:

Switch off and unplug the radiator before cleaning. Wipe the outer surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or spraying liquids directly onto the unit or the touch panel.

Safe use:

Position the radiator away from curtains, furniture, and other soft furnishings. Do not cover or drape items over the unit while in use. The child lock feature can be activated via the touch panel to prevent settings being changed accidentally.
