Setup and Care

Initial burn-off and first use:

Remove all packaging and wash both drawers and crisping trays in warm soapy water before first use. Dry thoroughly and reinsert. Run the air fryer without food at 220°C for at least 10 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. Some odour during this initial run is normal. Allow the unit to cool before first food use.

Selecting programmes and using independent controls:

Press the on/off button to activate the touch screen. Select a preset programme or set manual temperature and time for each drawer independently using the left and right control panels. Use the Sync Finish function to align both drawers to complete at the same time. Pre-heat the drawers for 3 minutes before adding food for improved cooking performance.

Cooking tips for best results:

Avoid filling each drawer more than half full for even cooking results. Shake or turn food halfway through the cooking time for crispier, more even results. The drawer can be removed mid-cycle to check, turn, or rearrange food: the air fryer pauses automatically and resumes when the drawer is reinserted. Use the viewing window and interior light to check progress without opening.

Cleaning and maintenance:

Allow the air fryer to cool completely before cleaning. Remove drawers and crisping trays and wash by hand in warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher. Drain drawers upside down after washing to remove any water droplets from between the two layers of the viewing window. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth only.
