FlameSelect® for Precise Cooking Control:

FlameSelect® gives you nine defined flame levels, removing the guesswork from gas cooking. Whether you are holding a gentle simmer or building heat quickly for a stir-fry, each level delivers a consistent, repeatable result every time you cook.

Dual Wok Burner up to 5.0 kW:

The Dual Wok Burner uses two concentric rings of flame, allowing you to switch between a low simmer and an intense 5.0 kW output from a single zone. It is equally capable of gently warming a sauce and driving a wok at full heat for fast, high-temperature cooking.

Gas Safety Cut-Off and Reliable Ignition:

The Gas Safety Cut-Off monitors each burner independently. If a flame is accidentally extinguished by a spillover or draught, the electromagnetic device cuts the gas supply to that burner automatically. One-hand electronic ignition means no matches or lighters are needed - just press and turn.

Metallic Sword Dials and Easy Cleaning:

The Metallic Sword Dials are removable for cleaning, and the cast iron pan supports can go straight into the dishwasher. With a frameless surface design, there are fewer edges and joins to catch spills, making the surface straightforward to wipe down after use.

Biomethane Ready:

The T27CIS8N0 is certified Biomethane Ready, meaning it is compatible with renewable biomethane supplied through the gas network. It is factory-set for natural gas and includes an LPG nozzle set in the box for alternative gas supply installations.

Setup and Care

Installation:

The T27CIS8N0 requires a cutout of 45 x 560-562 x 480-492 mm (H x W x D) and a minimum 500 mm clearance above the hob surface. A 3A fused spur is required for the electrical connection; a 1 m cable is supplied but no plug is included. Gas connection and installation must be carried out by a registered gas installer.

LPG Conversion:

The hob is factory-set for natural gas. The LPG nozzle set included in the box allows conversion to liquid petroleum gas, which must be carried out by a qualified gas engineer. Biomethane gas supplied through the standard gas network requires no conversion.

Cleaning the Surface:

The frameless stainless steel surface wipes clean with a damp cloth. The Metallic Sword Dials are removable, allowing the area around the controls to be cleaned thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the stainless steel finish.

Caring for the Pan Supports:

The cast iron pan supports are dishwasher-safe. After dishwasher cleaning, dry them promptly to prevent surface oxidation. The rubber feet on each support protect the hob surface and can be wiped clean separately.
