FlexInduction for Any Size Pan:

The right-hand FlexInduction zone detects the size and shape of your cookware automatically, applying heat only where it is needed. You can merge the two right-hand zones into a single larger cooking surface to accommodate griddle pans, fish kettles, or roasting tins that would not fit a standard zone.

Twist Touch® Controls:

Rather than a flat slider, the Twist Touch® dial sits flush in the ceramic glass surface and responds to a simple finger rotation for precise power selection across 17 levels. The front-mounted control position keeps everything within easy reach without reaching across hot cookware.

Extended Frying Sensor:

The Extended Frying Sensor monitors the temperature of your pan continuously and holds it at a set level, preventing oil from overheating and sauces from boiling dry. This is particularly useful for dishes that need a steady, consistent heat rather than a fixed power level.

Home Connect and Smart Hood Automatic:

Home Connect links the hob to the BSH app on iOS or Android, allowing you to monitor cooking progress remotely, store favourite settings, and preheat a compatible Neff oven directly from the hob controls. Smart Hood Automatic pairs the hob with a compatible Neff extractor, adjusting fan speed in sync with the cooking zone activity so you do not need to manage the hood separately.

ReStart and Safety Features:

The ReStart function recalls your last used power level so you can resume exactly where you left off after a pause. Setup and Care

Installation:

The T68FHV4L0 requires a 75 cm wide installation compartment with a minimum depth of 49 cm and a maximum depth of 50 cm. A dedicated 32 A hardwired cooker circuit is required; arrange installation by a qualified electrician before delivery.

Home Connect Setup:

Download the Home Connect app on iOS or Android and follow the in-app pairing steps. Once connected, you can save favourite power settings, monitor zones remotely, and link to a compatible Neff oven or hood. Register your appliance at www.neff-home.com to activate the 2-year warranty.

Cleaning the Ceramic Glass Surface:

Allow the surface to cool fully before cleaning - the residual heat indicators confirm when each zone is safe to touch. Wipe with a damp cloth and a ceramic hob cleaner; a hob scraper is recommended for removing stubborn residue. Avoid abrasive cloths or harsh chemical sprays that could mark the glass.

Cookware Compatibility:

Use flat-bottomed induction-compatible cookware - look for the induction symbol on the base of your pans. The FlexInduction zone automatically recognises the footprint of your cookware, so pans of varying sizes work efficiently without manual adjustment.
