Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the motor base on a flat, stable worktop near a socket. Fit the bowl onto the base and rotate to lock, then attach your chosen blade or disc before fitting the feed chute lid. The safety lock prevents the motor from starting until all components are correctly assembled.

Choosing the right mode:

Use Auto Chop for vegetables, onions, and herbs; Disc mode for slicing or grating with the reversible disc; Dough mode for pizza and bread doughs; and Purée for smooth sauces and soups. The Pulse button and three manual speeds give extra control for chunkier or more delicate results.

Cleaning and maintenance:

All removable parts - the bowl, blades, reversible disc, spindle, feed chute lid, and pusher - are dishwasher safe and can go on the top rack. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth only; never submerge it in water. Allow all parts to dry fully before reassembling.

Storage:

Blades and the disc with spindle store inside the Precision Processing Bowl, keeping all attachments together and reducing worktop clutter. The compact 20 x 20 cm footprint means the unit can remain on the worktop between uses if preferred.
