Battery Life and Practical Charging:

Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Download the free soundcore app on Android or iOS before first use to complete setup, run HearID 4.0 to build your personalised hearing profile, and update firmware if prompted. Google Fast Pair users can open the case near an Android device to trigger automatic pairing.

Pairing to Multiple Devices:

The Liberty 5 supports multipoint connection, so it can stay linked to a phone and a laptop at the same time. Switch between paired devices through the soundcore app or by selecting the earbuds from your second device's Bluetooth settings.

Charging the Case:

Place the earbuds in the case and charge via the USB-C port or place the case on any Qi-compatible wireless charging pad. A 10-minute top-up of the earbuds adds 5 hours of listening time, so a brief charge before leaving the house is enough for most journeys.

Cleaning and Storage:

Wipe the earbuds and case with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth; avoid submerging the case, which is not rated to IP55. Swap ear tips for a fresh size if the seal feels loose, as a good fit is important for both ANC performance and sound quality. Store in the charging case when not in use to keep battery levels topped up.
