Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the free Soundcore app on iOS or Android before first use. The app walks you through the HearID 2.0 hearing test, which calibrates the EQ to your profile. Google Fast Pair makes initial pairing quick on Android 6.0 and above.

Connecting to multiple devices:

Bluetooth 5.3 multipoint allows two simultaneous connections. Pair the Space One Pro to your phone first, then your laptop or tablet. Audio will switch automatically when a call or media plays on either device.

Charging and battery care:

Use the included USB-C cable to charge. A full charge from empty takes approximately 2 hours. For best long-term battery health, avoid leaving the headphones on charge continuously for extended periods beyond a full cycle.

Cleaning and storage:

Wipe the ear cushions and headband with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners or solvents on the cushion material. Fold the headphones using the FlexiCurve Structure and store them in the included carrying pouch when not in use.
