Setup and Care

Pairing Your Headphones:

Power on the Space One Pro and hold the Bluetooth button to enter pairing mode. Select "Soundcore Space One Pro" on your device. Google Fast Pair is supported for quick pairing on compatible Android devices. Download the free soundcore app to unlock LDAC, HearID 2.0, EQ customisation, and Dolby Audio.

Using Multipoint Connection:

The Space One Pro can hold a Bluetooth connection to two devices at once via Bluetooth 5.3 multipoint. Connect your phone and laptop simultaneously, and audio switches between them automatically. Note that LDAC is available on single-device connections; multipoint uses standard codecs.

Charging and Battery Care:

Charge via the USB-C port; a full charge takes approximately 2 hours. For best long-term battery health, avoid leaving the headphones fully discharged for extended periods. Store in a cool, dry location when not in use.

Cleaning and Storage:

Wipe the earcups and headband with a dry or lightly dampened soft cloth. Avoid alcohol-based or abrasive cleaners on the protein leather earcups. Fold the headphones using the FlexiCurve™ Structure before packing to protect the drivers and earcups during transit.
